3. Hosting and server log files
This website is provided through an external hosting provider. Every time the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser in server log files, in particular: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, and the referring page. This data is processed to ensure the technically error-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest) and is usually deleted automatically after a short period.
4. Cookies and local storage (localStorage)
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. It uses only your browser's technically necessary local storage (localStorage), which stores:
- podsada_lang – the language version you selected, so the site is shown in the same language on your next visit;
- podsada_maps_consent – whether you have consented to loading the Google map on the contact page (see section 5);
- podsada_cookie_notice_seen – confirmation that you have seen this privacy notice, so it is not shown again.
This data is stored only locally in your browser, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is not used to track you across websites. You can delete it at any time in your browser's settings.
5. Google Maps
On our contact page we provide a location map based on the Google Maps service, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). To protect your privacy, the map does not load automatically. It is embedded only after you actively click the "Load Google Maps" button. Only at that point does your browser connect to Google's servers, and Google may process your IP address and other device and browser data. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking the button that loads the map. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future by removing the "podsada_maps_consent" entry from your browser's local storage (e.g. by clearing site data in your browser settings).
6. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your inquiry) solely to handle your inquiry and any related follow-up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). We retain this data only as long as necessary for that purpose, and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods.
7. Web fonts
The fonts used on this website (Inter and Playfair Display) are hosted locally on our own server. As a result, visiting the website does not create any connection to Google Fonts servers, and no IP address is transmitted to Google for this purpose.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect transmitted data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser.
